wat the. all of them are suitable for gold contention except for the damn jump. wah lao. damn sian. but 51 for sit and reach is like second in my class :D . lol libao was owned in the pull up section as expected

then trng pumped like siao.at first pumped 30 for lagging on the way to carpark , then 30 for screwing up in drill. then another 10 for another screw up. lol tim yu is swopped to become timer LOL . followed by pumping 50 for kloh's "GAY" talk. then like another 40 just because cheeshuan felt like it. actually this number isnt that big, but coupled with NAPFA=tmr gonna GG for stretcher .
